Welcome to Burns Beach Sunset Village, a peaceful and secluded location 30 km's north of Perth city, by the beach at "Burns".

Our village hosts a number of permanent residents in their own park homes and we provide holiday tourist accommodation for recreational visitors with their own caravans or RV's, and a high standard of one and two bedroom chalets.
